LANCOR G:CORP PROPERTIES LTD. is a Company jointly promoted by Lancor of Chennai and G:Corp of Bangalore, for the purpose of undertaking landmark property development initiatives.
Lancor G:Corp Properties Ltd. has successfully promoted and completed two projects in Chennai and is in the process of implementing a modern, state-of-the art information technology park at St. Mary’s Road, Chennai. The Company has now identified a large scale residential development in Sholinganallur, Old Mahabalipuram Road, (OMR) opposite Infosys Technologies, in joint collaboration with Clasic Group.
Lancor and G:Corp have roughly 20 years of experience in property development and have created landmarks in all Metros in India. THE ATRIUM and WESTMINSTER in Chennai, THE LIDO in Bangalore and BELVEDERE COURT in Mumbai, bear testimony to their outstanding work. |
